The
typical xrd pattern of Barium Hydroxide at 200℃
at different time is obtained. For 4h, the existence of strong and sharp
diffraction peaks at 2θ values 24.06°, 34.58°, 42.26°, 4.30°,46.85°
corresponding to (211), (101), (112),(112)
and (103) crystal planes are obtained.
For 8h the existence of strong
and sharp diffraction peaks at 2θ
values 23.78°, 34.06°, 42.26°,
44.30° ,46.85°
corresponding to (211), (101), (112),(112)
and (103) crystal planes are obtained. For 24.06° ,34.30°,
42.26°, 44.30° ,46.85° corresponding to (211), (101), (112),(112) and (103) crystal planes are obtained. The
grain size for the nanoparticles can be obtained by using the Debye- Scherer
equation

d is the grain size, k is a constant whose value is 0.94, l
is the wavelength of X-ray used and W is full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) is
the broadening of the diffraction peak and θ
is the Bragg’s angle in degree. Here the graph of Barium Hydroxide different
time prepared at 200℃ for 24 hours
characterized by XRD are given in fig 4.1 a, b, c and d.
